Meet the Fans:
Dominic has no current fan mail address, however there are many places that you can keep in contact with other fans while we wait until he is able to accept mail again.
Dominic's official forum is available here. If there are any important announcements to be made, he will do so through his admin there. They also run his official website as well as the sites and forums for other members of the Enterprise cast.
Dominic does have a prominent fan club also, known as the DKEB. Founded
back when 'EB's cropped up for many actors and characters, the name has
stuck with us, if not with anyone else still! DKEB is short for 'Dominic
Keating Estrogen Brigade' and welcomes fans of any gender or age to join in.
It is primarily made up of the
yahoo mailing list But there is also a
Website.
Although not strictly official, DKEB is recognised by Dominic and seen as
being as close as possible to being official. Run by fans, DKEB regularly
puts together presents for Dominic's birthday and Christmas as well as
greeting for various conventions. They are either handed to him at events
or posted to his management where it is known they make it to him. DKEB does
not provide a fan mail service, but should you wish to include a card or
message on these occasions then you are welcome to, and be assured that
Dominic will have the chance to read through anything then.
DKEB fans regularly attend conventions and have forged great friendships
through a mutual admiration of Dominic's talent and welcome any
newcomers in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
My impetus in forming this website was due in part to there being a lack of maintained websites dedicated to Dominic's body of work, but also in websites full stop that could be used as a resource for anyone interested in finding out more about him. His official site and the DKEB site are due to be updated at some point in the near future, therefore the best places to go are the forum and mailing list where there will always be someone to answer questions immediately (including myself!).
